I am Akshay Khandalkar (Founder-Addylabs)

A User Experience Designer by passion and profession, this is my portfolio + blog where I update my work and share ideas, I love to talk about design and how it’s shaping the world around us, when I am not designing, I love to mentor design school students (CEED/NID/NIFT preparation) and do career counseling via: My Youtube Channel -Addylabs and Facebook group -GNID Future Designers.

This year i am starting a new way of helping design students and future designers.

Addylabs Weekend Webinars for Design Career (Focusing on NID and IIT, UG+PG) Weekend webinars are to intensify your NID/IIT preparation in a 1-1 real time manner.

To give you some background For the past 3 years I have been successfully mentoring students for various top design entrance exams like NID/CEED/UCEED/NIFT. But using Facebook and Youtube chats makes it unstructured, untrackable and I end up giving standard tips without really understanding your real problem. Hence going forward I have decided to put more sincere efforts in a structured mentoring model where I will track your progress and mentor you all at a personal level. And thus I am planning to conduct a long series of weekend webinars.

I have been religiously following this blog and addy labs since past 3 months.
You have covered almost every topic for NID but I have a query regarding the SUBJECTIVE/sketching part in mdes exam, its going to be stream specific. My design stream comes under textile lifestyle and accessories design.

I was wondering if you could give me some insight about what type of questions might be asked in the part b of exam according to you, your suggestions would be very helpful for me.
